These Terms govern your use of the Egypt Stay & Tours website, operated by SK Travel Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Cairo, Egypt. By browsing the site or submitting a hotel or tour inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. How bookings work

Rooms at our hotels and day tours are booked on this website: the booking is confirmed when you send it, and we e-mail the confirmation with your reference. The total is shown before you confirm. Nothing is paid online — rooms are paid at the hotel on arrival, day tours on the day.

Nile cruises, multi-day journeys and anything with a flight are recorded when you send the form and confirmed by our team with the boat, hotels or airline during office hours (Sun–Thu 9:00–18:00 EET). Tailor-made trips start with an exact written quote and are confirmed when you accept it in writing. No deposit is taken.

A contract for travel services exists between us and you once we have sent the confirmation e-mail with your reference (or, for a tailor-made trip, once you have accepted the written quote).

2. Pricing language

Indicative starting rates assume the lowest-cost room category, the lowest-season month, and standard occupancy. Final pricing depends on the actual dates you request, the room category, occupancy, included services, internal flights, special-access permits, and other variables described in the written quote.

We do not show live OTA pricing or last-room-available pricing. Any third-party site that lists our properties at a lower price is welcome to be matched at our discretion when the inclusions are identical.

3. Tours and hotels are operated services

Tours sold under this brand are operated by SK Travel Group's Egypt operations team and partner ground operators. Hotels listed under “Our 4 Owned Hotels” are owned and operated by SK Travel Group; properties referenced in tour itineraries that are not on that list are operated by their respective owners. We act as the contracting party for the inquiry, not as a comparison agent.

4. Travel documents and entry requirements

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of departure from Egypt, an Egyptian tourist visa where required, any vaccinations or health requirements applicable to your route, and travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, and personal effects. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information through the booking forms, (b) attempt to bypass any security measure on the site or scrape its content at scale, (c) use the site to send unsolicited communications or otherwise misuse the inquiry channels. We reserve the right to reject any inquiry for any reason, refuse service, and remove content where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photography (other than where attribution is shown), itineraries, logos, and design — is owned by SK Travel Group or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may view, print, and download content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with planning a trip with us. You may not republish or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability under any inquiry, quote, or booking is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, public-health emergencies, or transport disruption beyond our control), or for the acts or omissions of independent third parties such as airlines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
